Celebrating Diverse Voices

Throughout the years, Touchstones Nelson Museum has been host to some stunning exhibitions by Canadian BIPOC artists. Our exhibition planning continues to move forward in the spirit of inclusion; we look forward to our gallery walls once again providing space for BIPOC artists to be seen and celebrated in our region and beyond.

The Rungh Cultural Society, based in Vancouver, is an excellent resource for information, programming, and more for Indigenous, Black and People of Colour artists that has advocated since 1992. Much more information about the organization can be found at rungh.org
